Current trends in the development of e-government and digitalization were discussed by representatives of the Alliance at a seminar on August 26-27 in Bishkek. This Alliance is a unique platform for the exchange of experience in building e-government. Among the Alliance members are experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Estonia.

Current trends in the development of e-government and digitalization were discussed by representatives of the Alliance at a seminar on August 26-27 in Bishkek. This Alliance is a unique platform for the exchange of experience in building e-government. Among the Alliance members are experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Estonia.

During the seminar, the participants exchanged experiences on converting public services into a digital format and increasing the number of citizens using the electronic format of services. Group work was also carried out to develop digital competencies and training methods for civil servants.
In turn, experts of JSC "Holding "Zerde" shared their experience in implementing the state program "Digital Kazakhstan".

Currently, comprehensive work is underway to digitalize the activities of government bodies and introduce advanced digital technologies in Kyrgyzstan.

The event was organized by the Astana Civil Service Hub in cooperation with the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Alliance of Practitioners was created by the Astana hub in 2018 on a peer-to-peer basis based on the methodology of the Effective Institutions Platform (EIP).
