It is an authorized organization responsible for the creation and operation of (exploitation) e-government’s infrastructure as well as for organizing interaction between state information systems.
The principal activities of the company include: management of IT-projects related to the creation and establishment of basic components of e-government and other information systems across the state and non-governmental sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan; support and maintenance of information systems of government bodies aimed at securing their proper functioning and other system-maintenance services; automatization of state bodies’ electronic document flow; consulting services for the development and implementation of IT-solutions, drafting the concept and the creation/development of IT-projects; telecommunication support.
NITEC's mission is to construct a robust, efficient, and client-oriented state administration system through the use and implementation of modern service, organizational and information technologies.
NITEC is a team of young, energetic, and advanced professionals in sphere of IT, who have successfully accomplished the establishment and implementation of some of the well-known and highly recognized projects in Kazakhstan. They include: Electronic Government Portal, Electronic Licensing Portal, “Electronic Learning” System, Uniform Notarial Information System “ E-notary”, Electronic Government’s Payment Gateway, State databases: Natural Persons, Legal entities, Real Estate Register, “E-licensing”, Intranet Portal of State Authorities, Uniform System of Electronic Document Flow of state authorities, Integrated Information System for Public Service Centers, Information System “Address Register” and so forth.
